Years ago, I was headed home from visiting with family. There had been an uncomfortable disagreement and as I drove I was uncontrolably crying and pouring my heart out to God. As I crossed the Missouri bridge, a sweet calm spirit fell upon me and I was comforted. When I walked into my home the phone was ringing and it was a dear friend that followed with support. I am AIC!

God is GREAT! Putting myself out there in faith in seemingly desperate times. His river of mercy continues to flow and no matter how much I feel like I am drowning, He never allows it. Showing me time and time again.

Years ago I was going to Cleveland and not excited about my company trip as I was seeking an opportunity at another company than the one I was with. I sent my resume to another company just the week before as my current job frustrated me. I sat in seat 22b, next to a gentlemen in 22a. We didn'​t talk the whole flight. As we prepared to land, I introduced myself and he said I am Ted R. I said the same Ted R. that works at XYZ company?
He said yes. I said that I just sent my resume to you last week.
God put me in the right place at the right time. I did not get the job, but I got much more. Peace of mind knowing that God is always with us and helping us to be the best everyday. I am AIC.

Father, I know you never promised easy. In fact you said it would be a hard journey. I am willing to make that journey, to find the mission. Right now I am struggling. Hard. There is pain. There is worry. There is concern. Guide me. Help me find the words. Help me deliver the words. Through the pain bring glory to your name, Father. Jesus bring the rain. I am ready.

I have been out of work for way longer than I would like to admit. Humbled and honored to learn from God a new appreciation for his will in me. I am happy to share that I am blessed with a new job and, I am certain, a new ministry mission from our Lord! - I am AIC!

Today my 19 year old son came up to me in the kitchen, looked down at me yes he is bigger than me! and said "​I love you dad"​ and embraced me. A huge hug exactly when I needed it. I felt God in his hug. I AM AIC!

I joined a new Facebook group today, "​Calling all CHRISTIANS - Let’​s see how many Christians are on Facebook."​ I joined the group 7 hours ago and since then over 35,000 additional members have joined. It is amazing to see how many fellow followers of Christ are coming together in this manner. I AM AIC!

These past few days have been some of the worst of my life. I messed up a relationship, my family was fighting, and i was starting to feel like my internship wasnt going to work for financial reasons. Then i spent the day with family and told a couple of them about persuing a degree in youth ministry and their sheer joy reminded me how much i am blessed to have them and loved by them. I am AIC!
